I started my broadcasting career in 1996 at SGR FM in Ipswich presenting weekend shows and covering shows on Broadland 102 in Norfolk and Amber Radio. Then I moved to SGR Colchester where my first full time show was the Drive Home show.
After gaining years of experience I moved back to SGR FM in Ipswich to become the Programme Controller. During this time I presented the Drivetime show then later moved onto Breakfast. During this time I managed to pull the station round to increase the audience figures then I decided to move onto bigger things with new challenges in Essex.
I moved to Essex FM and presented the mid morning show 10am till 1pm for 5 years where I presented the 'Reaction Line', a daily topical chat feature mixed with the music format. I also presented the weekly chart show on a Saturday lunchtime. After presenting at the world famous Essex FM for 5 years the station was rebranded as Heart station in June 2009 where I moved to present the afternoon show on Heart from 1pm till 4pm.
I have recently moved to Heart in Cambridgeshire where you will find me presenting the Drivetime show from 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday. I am also presenting shows based at the company HQ in Leicester Square in London over the Heart Network. I have recently covered shows for the stations big names such as Emma Bunton and Jason Donovan.
Thats over 14 years in Radio!

During my career in radio I have learnt many skills including the use of RCS Selector, various digital editing suites including Cool Edit and Pro-Tools. I have also completed many training courses in management and been able to use the skills learnt to manage radio stations.
I have developed a deep understanding of how commercial radio in the UK works and what the key factors are to make sure the stations are market leaders in their TSA's and making sure they continue to produce revenue for the company.
